Role and Responsibilities
Create, review, and update procedures for new projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.Maintain an organized document storage structure, making information readily accessible for compliance purposes.Support regular client meetings, assisting in managing and distributing meeting agendas to address compliance concerns.Collaborate in drafting, reviewing, and distributing monthly compliance reports to clients, emphasizing adherence to regulatory guidelines.Maintain task products to streamline workflow and ensure timely completion of compliance-related tasks.Interface with third parties such as O&M providers, solar EPCs, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance requirements are met.Review monthly reports from O&M providers to identify potential issues and drive necessary actions for compliance.Complete regularly scheduled compliance filings, adhering to deadlines and ensuring accuracy in documentation.Address and mitigate cybersecurity considerations related to policies, procedures, and evidence gathering to enhance overall security measures.Undertake other tasks and projects as assigned by the compliance manager Required Qualification & Education
BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university or 2-4 years of administration internal controls work-related experience.Minimum 2 years renewable energy industry experience in asset management, business management, contract management, compliance, or operations rolesWorking knowledge of photovoltaic system design, operation, management, and financing.Expertise in MS Office and Adobe suite of products. Experience with a U.S. based company preferred.
