Coordinate and manage the installation and operation of Civil Maintenance Activities, as well as the monitoring of the applicable TPM, attention and troubleshooting. Coordinate and manage machinery Movement according to new site requirements. Coordinate and manage the installation of Distribution Systems, Drinking Water Management and Sanitary Pumping, Cooling and Process in new projects of the site. Coordinate and manage the installation of fire, fire extinguisher and alarm detection systems in new projects. Coordinate and manage the installation and operation of Structured Cabling systems, as well as the follow-up to the applicable TPM, attention and troubleshooting. Coordinate and manage the installation of Wastewater Treatment Plants, Storm Water Treatments, Osmosis Systems, Softening and Demineralization Systems in new projects. Coordinate the installation of electrical services during new projects according local and Bosch laws. Inform workers of the importance of reporting incidents, hazards, risks and opportunities, as well as of reprisals if they fail to do so. Comply with the operational control of the work area. To know and carry out the protocol in case of emergencies. Promote Safety, Health and Environmental Protection according to ISO 14001:2015 / ISO 45001:2018 / CD03800, and Applicable Standards. Qualifications Civil and mechanical engineering with experience in Real Estate projects. Local rules for civil processes in San Luis Potosí. High level of ability for self-management, agility, flexibility and keen on motivating others +5 years of experience in a similar role, leading strategies and being in charge of people. Languages: Fluently spoken and written English as well as Spanish
