Job DescriptionThe role will be responsible to manage and lead plant controlling activities by performing the following duties personally or through the controlling team:
Prepares reports which summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and expected operations.Directs preparation of budgets, reviews budget proposals, and prepares necessary supporting documentation and justification.Investment calculationLong Term Cost SimulationsMonthly Business Reports, Current Forecasts, Business PlanProvides management with timely reviews of organization's financial status and progress in its various programs and activities.Advises management on desirable operational adjustments based on analysis of actual cost performance data, or tax code revisions.Coaching of controlling employees to develop them to next levelQualifications7+ years' experience within accounting, finance, plant controlling experience including ERP CO Module3+ years' experience in Automotive Supply Chain Management, managing teamsExperience with SAP systemManage diverse entity legalsAdditional Information#J-18808-Ljbffr
