Descripción y detalle de las actividadesThis role is a fundamental position within the Operational Excellence (LEAN) transformation for the Fi Company Operations team. Experience in painting processes Uses LEAN - six Sigma assessment tools to identify opportunities and gap areas to integrate into acceleration plans. Facilitates the development, introduction and tracking of standard work for leaders within the focus area. Teaches others to create and use LEAN - Six Sigma standards. Implements activities that build engagement throughout the transformation team. Provides coaching through problem solving activities to address ongoing barriers to the transformational change. Develops training requirements to close the LEAN - Six Sigma capability gaps within the organization. Responsible for monitoring and ensure the closure of corrective actions and non-conformities of SGC of their own area.Experiência y requisitosExperience in painting processes Working knowledge of LEAN - Six Sigma thinking, systems and tools. Consistent track record of delivering results while creating and maintaining a transformational change.
