If you love challenges, want to experience development opportunities unrestrained, and want recognition that pays off, then you've come to the right place with Lear.We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Continuous Improve Supervisor **based in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila (JIT Division).As **Continuous Improve Supervisor **you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to **Continuous Improvement Manager.****Your Task will be**- Manage work groups in order to carry out projects to reduce variation and waste in processes- Management of Operating Model requirements- Development of strategies to impact Continuous Improvement indicators- Quick Kaizen Management- Development and Coaching of Kaizen Workshops- Development of training material and execution of it with plant personnel- Coordinate Lean Practitioner Certifications- Green Belt - Black Belt Certification.**To be Successful in this rule you will need**:- Education: Bachelor's degree on Industrial Engineering or any related field.- 2 Years on similar positions within the automotive industry.- Ms Office.- Fluent English level.LI-DNI
