Come be a part of this journey!****BAT MEXICO IS LOOKING FOR A CONSUMER** **RGM MANAGER****SENIORITY LEVEL**:Junior Level**FUNCTION**: Insights & Foresights**LOCATION**:Monterrey**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**The role is responsible for coordinating analytics tasks for the organization, including data collection, analyse such information, build and segment consumer audiences, develop profiles, conduct website audits, supervise key behaviour metrics, and implement analytics solutions for the products or services in order to craft up a compelling CRM strategy.As part of the GBS Insights & Foresights Team, you will guide the business teams in making decisions with connected data solutions and establish metrics that drive business outcomes.The role provides objective, timely and relevant marketing information/analysis to facilitate the decision making of the company, supervise strategy implementation and overall business performance. The position plays a key role in crafting the organization's performance in the emerging digital and social space.**Reports to**:Senior Manager Consumer Analytics**Geographic Scope**:US**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**- Implement analytical methods to answer business questions and build actionable end-user reports.- Extract insights from various data sources to support predictions and data-driven decisions, supervising important metrics such as reach, follower count, impressions, engagement, sentiment analysis, brand mentions, traffic sources, and cost per lead.- Track audience efficiency, identify retargeting and demographic targeting opportunities, and integrate offline/online data for comprehensive analysis.- Analyse consumer data to optimize campaigns, marketing techniques, and business strategies, uncovering trends and patterns.- Evaluate marketing activities and communicate insights to partners.- Develop managerial skills as outlined in the personal development plan.- Collaborate with the Insights & Foresights Team, Brand, and Consumer Experience Teams to integrate new technologies into daily activities.- Work with business and technology partners to understand business questions, identify data sources, run models, and present findings.**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**- 2-3 years of work experience in Analytics/Digital with senior partner management and project management background in a large-scale organisation- Previous hands-on experience in Consumer Analytics, Audience Management/Analytics, Digital Marketing- High proficiency in English (written and oral) the role is focused on the US market. Previous experience working with English-speaking partners is a plus.- Proficient in Excel and Visualization Tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI), PowerPoint, Social media Platforms.- Dashboarding knowledge: building, configurating & customizing for democratization of data to enable easy use and reading data (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Power Bi, Tableau, etc.)- SQL language intermediate proficiency.- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with senior management and other key stakeholders.**WE ARE BAT**At BAT we are committed to our Purpose of creating A Better Tomorrow.
