**Job Description** About the Role**As a Construction Project Manager, you will lead, manage and organize construction projects with a high level of professionalism and according to routines, company policies, guidelines and local legislation. In the role you will prepare and present budgets and business cases, follow-up on cost and suppliers to secure financial transparency, drive tendering and contracting for your projects and coordinate design, execution and logistics for your projects. Through strong teamwork and clear communication, you secure that relevant stakeholders receive needed information on time.This is a full-time job located in Mexico City. The Project Manager reports to Construction & Facility Manager.As a **Project Manager,** you will be responsible for the coordination of the construction process of our store projects, from initial project planning and preparation throughout to the project finishing date.You will work in accordance with legal requirements and H&M Group standards, policies, and procedures to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues for all brands.You will contribute to our business success for all brands by being results-driven, business-minded, and a team player; a role model for H&M Group.The scope includes:- Projects management (new store openings/rebuilds / consolidations) across the countries within the Sales Market- Coordination of all procedures to ensure smooth continuance of projects- Manage the layout and design process to ensure conformance to H&M strategic goals- Construction project investment- Managing project permit process with authorities to receive all necessary permits for the opening- Support Construction and Facility Manager in selecting local suppliers according to H&M's Procurement guidelines- Manage tender process for architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers in accordance with H&M procurement guidelines and company best practices- Communication, cooperation with other teams, departments e.g. concerning project schedules, cost follow-up, layout, security, IT, store planners, staff needs etc.- Participates in onsite construction meetings and site supervision- Coordinates all project-related information to support office team, facility dept., store manager, area manager, DC, etc.**Qualifications** Qualifications**To be successful in the role you are a result driven, strategic, analytical and business minded with leadership skills. You are constantly looking for possibilities to improve things.To be considered for this position, you should possess the following qualifications:- Technical knowledge (degree/experience in engineering or architecture is required)- At least 5 years of working experience with a degree or 12 without a degree in Project management, Construction management in commercial or retail spaces- Strategic mindset and analytical skills- A natural drive to achieve results and strong organizational & communication skills- Great command of English- Outgoing personality and positive attitude- Creativity and thinking out of the box- Available to travel domestically and within the region- Own initiative and result driven attitude- Ability to prioritize and plan for efficient workflow- English fluency required**Additional Information**Global BenefitsWe offer all our employees at H&M Group attractive benefits with extensive development opportunities around the globe.
