Here, you'll be supported in progressing - whatever your ambitions.**Role Key objective**Promote structural heart products through education of current & potential customers and implant within a defined region by providing clinical education, sales strategy and support in order to achieve projected sales goals and increasing sales revenues. Responsible for the day-to-day field strategy execution and management of hospital ecosystem, securing therapy inclusion and adoption in benefit of more patients.- Commercial Support: Under general direction, primary resource for clinical support, programming, and patient follow-up for company products, Sales quota achievement per category.- Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products by giving presentations and demonstrations using appropriate formats and platforms- Keep all customers abreast of the latest product, therapy, and technology developments and current items of interest in the industry.- Perform clinical and library research and participate in case reviews and clinical observation by working with physicians and hospital lab staff.- Implement Structural Heart strategy in assigned territory, impacting health ecosystem and improving clinical practice in actual and new potential customers.- Identify key decision makers in order to facilitate future sales.- Respond to complex customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel- Work in hand with KOL´s in development of new therapy protocols inclusion for new accounts- Support product listing through inclusion of new tendering opportunities- Providing initial and continuous training, education and support for clinical center personnel and Salesforce- On-call duties may be required 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.**Job Scope and Leveling Guidelines****Knowledge****Problem-Solving**Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems of diverse scope and complexity where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. May escalate serious issues to manager.**Mentoring**Participates in the development of less experienced staff by setting an example, providing guidance, and offering counsel.**What we are looking for**:- Base in León Guanajuato, México- Assigned territory: Guanajuato, Querétaro, SLP, AGS- 3 years of experience in the area of sales/FCS/medical device training or Pharma.- Biomedical Engineering, Nursing degree, Marketing or Admin- Ease of travel, at least the 70% of the time.- Ease of speech.- Understanding generation of ecosystem value.- 100% according to Advanced English.- Experience as a project leader (verifiable)- Statistical analysis handling Microsoft Excel intermediate -
