**POSITION OVERVIEW**:**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.- Communicating with customers through various channels.Responding promptly to customer inquiries.- Keeping records of customer interactions, requests, comments, and complaints.- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.- Update spreadsheets in Excel with client related information.- Take client basic information to process a quotation.- Assist other departments with various costumer service-related activities when needed.**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:- Verbal and written communication skills, both in Spanish and English are a must.- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.- Excellent attention to detail.- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.- Customer orientation and ability to respond to different types of clients.- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time.- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel), Google, Adobe, or related software.**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:- Highschool diploma is required.- 2 years of prior customer service experience is required.Pay: $10,000.00 - $15,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- 32470, Ciudad Juárez, Chih.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Work Location: In personExpected Start Date: 20/11/2023
