-Job descriptionJob Objective:Assisting a Wholesale clients' portfolio on their daily queries regarding Global Payments Solutions (GPS) solutions.The role is responsible for:- Assisting a Wholesale clients' portfolio in their day to day Global Payments Solutions (GPS) operations- Identifying cross-sales opportunities according to customers' needs- Performing regular Client Service Reviews as a standard key driver- Maintaining and/or exceeding customers' level of satisfaction, resulting in an increase of GPS business- Providing different types of solutions to customers' operational queries- Being a point of contact and trusted adviser over Global Payments Solutions (GPS) products and services portfolio- Being perceived as Best In Class service providing an efficient, transparent and client-focused experience in line with the expectations Global Payments Solutions (GPS) setsRequirements- Experience in Client Service - Desired- English as a second language - Advanced level- Internal systems knowledge: Hogan, Leap, Connect - Desired- High level of responsibility, organization and proactivity- Effective communication skills, both written and spoken- "At HSBC we expect our people to treat each other with dignity and respect, creating an inclusive culture that promotes equal opportunities.
