Shaping the future:Claim management engineer in charge of all claims follow up from Customer claims, plant to plant claims follow up (as suppliers), internal Claims, warranty claims.Follow up rule procedures for claim management for Customer claims, plant-to-plant claims, and warranties in orderManages and monitor all charges with Customers, charges with plant to plant and warranty charges.Create something new:Work with the Quality engineers to follow the steps in case a claim is raised by the Customer or plant to plant claim.Follow proper procedures and look for opportunities improve procedures.Take responsibility:Responsible to present the status of claims in Internal audits as parts of the Quality system.Lead and coordinates the sessions to work in the root cause analysis & corrective actions response in time and manner. LeadThink holistically:Manages and monitor all charges with Customers, charges with plant to plant and warranty charges.QualificationsEducation: Engineer background (industrial engineer, mechanical engineer).Labor History: Quality Engineer, PQE, SQE 5 to 7 years of experience in manufacturing, automotive & industrial.Experience and Knowledge: Leader in problem solving tools, 8D's, Green BeltPersonality: Very good communication and coordination skills, result-oriented person. Distinct analytical thinking and problem solving attitude.
