The Change Lead will develop expertise in the area(s) they support including the end-user experience, how to increase successful employee adoption and influence value realization for new initiatives. You will deliver and embed organizational change management (OCM) practices into the area(s) under their responsibility to achieve desired goals and empowering key stakeholders to implement and deliver change management. The Role · Engage with the I&T department leads and I&T Business Partners to understand OCM needs and opportunities. Work with internal and external teams, including external OCM vendors, to provide a collaborative and multi-faceted approach to change within their business area(s). · Manage assigned department portfolio of I&T OCM demand, working with the Head of OCM on assessing and scoping demand related to the area they support, including assessment of change complexity and associated resourcing. · Foster a change culture within I&T, promoting an environment that embraces and values change as an opportunity for growth and improvement. Help create a mindset of learning and collaboration, encouraging teams to contribute to change initiatives. Your Skills and Experience Education · Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline Experience · 8 years' experience in Change Management, Communications, Human Resources or Project Management · Experience leading medium scale change programs using change management principles and methodologies · Expertise in project management and continuous improvement processes · Experience working in an IT environment is a plus.
