Job title: Brand Experience Specialist (Swag Specialist) Job Description: We seek a Swag Specialist with a robust Design and Customer Account Management background. This role is pivotal in helping our customers better utilize Swag Items across various employee journeys. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple orders across customers and our Swag vendors while coordinating the end-to-end process for designing, procuring, warehousing, orchestrating, and automating the delivery of the right item to the right employee at the right time. This includes a strong design eye or a background/experience in design to help create on-brand swag that will be purchased and used to create memorable employee experiences for our customers. Responsibilities: Partner with the Regional Director of CS, to present our Swag Module and its capabilities and benefits to existing and new customers Gather requirements, budgets, brand and style guidelines, and production timelines from customers and manage delivery expectations Design and present various options that fit the customers needs, budgets, and timelines Collaborate with the CSM on the account to integrate Swag-based Moments to automate the delivery of Swag Items based on various employee milestones Manage inventory by Customer and deliver automated and ad-hoc reports per quarter. Develop a visual catalog of interesting use cases and swag-led communications to inspire prospective customers and evangelize various swag-led use cases Be the customer's primary liaison to identify, acknowledge, and resolve any support issues, for example, missed shipments or delays in production, etc. Get the go-to person for all things Swag, from vendors to ideal production timelines to use cases, to potential pitfalls to avoid, to knowing which vendor to use for which use case, etc. Retain and increase existing and new Swag Module Revenue for our client and its partners. Requirements : 3+ years of experience in a Design, Marketing, or Communication-centric role Bachelors degree or experience in Design or Marketing Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt messages for different audiences and platforms Proven track record of managing various projects for customers with the ability to present, iterate, and deliver projects within tight timelines and budgets Ability to inspire and guide a customer and team toward achieving goals Familiarity with digital content creation tools and platforms, and the ability to incorporate visual and multimedia elements into communications Strong design eye or experience/background in design for creating content related to physical items e.g. t-shirts, hoodies, branded technology items, brochures, gift boxes, etc. Ability to be a self-starter who can learn the business inside out and own processes and business outcomes Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to solution for problems Ability to identify areas of improvement and opportunities to improve our Swag processes and offerings over time Benefits & Perks: $500 One-time Work Equipment/Home Office Stipend upon joining $500 Yearly Health Insurance Stipend after the 3-month Probation Period $500 One-time Learning & Development Stipend upon joining Unlimited Paid Time Off Flexible/hybrid work environment 2 Wellness Days per year to take time off and focus on rest and mental health Monthly Company Game Day Annual Company and Regional Off-sites
