About The Role: You will play a meaningful role in driving supply chain operational excellence aligned with our strategy to enable category growth and delight our Customers and Consumers. You will lead all aspects of supply operations (MRP, MRP) and support pivotal initiatives to optimize the supply chain footprint and enhance global customer service. Additionally, you will provide strategic leadership to the supply chain team and drive continuous improvement in critical planning areas while leading the digital transformation agenda including the use of supply advanced tools.
Main Responsibilities: Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with the Head of Supply Chain Planning to deliver the Supply Operational Agenda.
Monitor, analyze, and report supply chain metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive enhancement initiatives.
Maintain "Best in class" service levels for customers, ensuring overall supply chain efficiency and e2e valuecreation.
ManageDiageoinventory levels to achieve cash targets and minimize obsolete stock.
Lead projects to develop and enhance supply chain capabilities and infrastructure.
Provide and close collaboration with local bottling operations, including bulk planning and supply.
Explore new routes to markets and optimizes and reduce lead times.
Foster internal teamwork between supply and multifunctional teams (operations, finance, procurement, strategy and markets).
Managerial Responsibilities: Mentor and develop team members, encouraging a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Set clear performance expectations and objectives for team members, regularly providing feedback and conducting performance evaluations.
Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the supply chain team and being a role modeling in our key behaviors (experiment and learn, be external curious, collaborates efficiently and act crucially)
Lead resources, budgets, and operational expenses within the supply chain function.
Additional Requirements: Extensive Regional Experience: Proven track record of managing supply chain operations, with a deep understanding of the region's market dynamics, regulations, and cultural nuances.
Strategic Leadership: Ability to implement strategic initiatives to optimize the end-to-end supply chain, drive cost efficiencies, and improve service levels while aligning with overall business objectives.
Multi-Functional Team Leadership: Experience leading multifunctional teams encompassing supply chain planning operations, procurement, production, and distribution across multiple countries fostering a culture of collaboration and dedication
Inventory Management Expertise: Strong background in inventory management, including inventory optimization, reducingstock-outs, minimizing obsolete stock, and improving inventoryresults, resulting in best-in-class inventory performance across categories and regions.
Language Skills: Proficient in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate across diverse partners within the region and globally.
