If you love challenges, want to experience development opportunities unrestrained, and want recognition that pays off, then you've come to the right place with Lear.We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as a Car Leader, based in our **Apodaca Plant (Apodaca, Nuevo León, México)**.As a Car Leader you will be responsible to maintain the coordination in the plant of the multifunctional areas: manufacturing/engineering/product, for the current and future programs.**Your Tasks will be**- Assure that the defined product engineering activities being accomplished according to the program stablished times- Give support in engineering changes that affects the company goals and strategies- Use the knowledge and experience to propose improvements in the product designs for their manufacturing- Develop, control, and promote BOM´s, process diagrams and the realization of changes for every engineering changes in the assigned programs.- Leading engineering changes and design reviews- Leading the development of the manufacturing process for the new programs- Compliment to the Quality politics and procedures.**To be successful in this role you will need**:- Bachelor´s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronic, Mechatronic or any related field- Bilingual (English and Spanish)- Capacity studies knowledge- Problem solving knowledge- Manufacture systems knowledge: SMT- Previous experience in the automotive electronics industry of at least 3 years in similar positions (product, launching, leader of the programs)- Quality systems knowledgeLI-LM1
