We are constantly improving our operations and looking for new ways to meet our Customer's needs through continuous improvement.We are looking for a motivated individual looking to advance their career in a fast-paced manufacturing company.**Responsibilities**:- Verify and place purchase orders for raw sheet metal, Outside Services, and customer-specific commodities.- Utilize the ERP system, Epicor, to validate pricing and delivery per job requirements.- Ensure that purchase orders are received by the job requirement date, working with suppliers to manage job pull-ins/push-outs, and late purchase orders- Work with the Customer Project Manager to review customer projects and forecasts, and plan buys accordingly with commodity buyers- Obtain quotations from suppliers, examine contracts, and negotiate cost reduction**Skills**- Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook- Experience with an ERP/MRP system, such as Epicor, Oracle, or SAP- Professional communication skills, both written and oral- Strong analytical, numerical, planning, organization, and problem-solving skills, "thinking outside the box" when necessary.- Effective time-management skills to meet deadlines- Proven ability to plan and coordinate with other departments as needed**Education/Experience Required**:- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred- 2 years in a purchasing or supply chain management environment preferred- Experience in the Manufacturing industry (preferred)- **Must be bilingual in English**Pay: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per monthAbility to Relocate:- Guadalajara, Jal.: Relocate before starting work (required)Work Location: In person
