**Position**:Business Operations AssociateA Fortune 109 company with 22,000 employees worldwide, Arrow brings technology solutions to a breadth of markets, including telecommunications, information systems, transportation, medical, industrial, and consumer electronics.As a Business Operations Associate you will assist the sales organization by managing the day-to-day operations within their consignment accounts, including purchase order receipts and consignment sales order billings. You will serve as a liaison between Arrow's internal resources data integrity, credit, inside sales, business partners, supplier accounting and or other corporate departments.**What You'll Be Doing**- Responsible for the day-to-day sales support and customer service activities for assigned accounts.- Performs sales support functions to provide the highest level of service and customer satisfaction while maintaining efficiencies in corporate operational processes and procedures.- Demonstrates a proactive approach and sense of urgency on our customers' behalf, anticipates our customers' requirements, and communicates efforts in a timely and effective manner.- Creates influential customer, supplier, and internal relationships- Other duties as assigned.**What We Are Looking For**- Typically requires a 2 year degree and 3-5 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience.
