CRM Administration:- Manage and maintain the company's CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics)- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency within the CRM- Configure and customize the CRM to align with business requirements- Manage user access, roles, and permissions within the CRM system- Provide training and support to CRM users2. Dashboard Creation and KPI Reporting:- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using PowerBI- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and create customized dashboards- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across various departments- Monitor KPIs and provide regular reports to leadership and relevant teams- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in KPI data and provide recommendation3.
