Business Analyst - It Hr Successfactors

**Purpose of the position**: Be the bridge between Talent Acquisition teams and IT development teams. Will raise opportunities regarding the Recruiting / Onboarding / PDP modules of SuccessFactors and translate these opportunities to the technical team. It will be responsible for ensuring that such improvements happen and also for governance.**Experience and knowledge required**:- Bachelor's degree- 2+ years of relevant experience of business analysis in IS/IT Human Resources functional area.- knowledge of SuccessFactors (specifically the recruiting / onboarding and PDP modules) and SAP HCM modules.- Understanding of basic system engineering, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards.- Understanding of business complexity and interdependencies.- Understanding of the IT landscape in the functional area.- Experience with effective communication in English at different levels of the organization.- Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.- Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment using design-thinking methodology.- Experience with Service Now desirable.**Main responsibilities**:- Capture opportunities in the successfactors Onboarding / Recruiting and PDP modules together with interested teams.- Translate these opportunities to the development team through a detailed document of the process and what should be improved.- Register orders using internal tools such as Service Now.- Participate in global meetings with the development team to explain the opportunities raised.- Train and answer questions about these modules for talent teams.
