Working closely with other multi-functional local stakeholders, the innovation team and key demand stakeholders (Sales, Customer marketing) to create and deploy strategies, brand plans and assets that ultimately lead to increased brand equity and accelerated growth. What are we looking for?Is a key member of the Mexican local Marketing Community and a supportive member for the global team, collaborating with the other demand team members to secure success.Minimum Bachelor's degree, ideally in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications.Proven track record of at least 5 years in brand management.Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with business objectives.Proven track of disruptive model implemented. Ie new process, business model.Proficient in market research, consumer insights analysis, and data-driven decision-making.Skilled communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect, collaborate and influence others without direct authority.Strong learning agility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic global environmentWhat will be your key responsibilities?With the PEDIGREE or WHISKAS Head support the development and execution of global brand strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and objectives.
With the Brand Head develop the strategy based on global 'brand building' including brand compass, brand positioning, creative strategy, superior proposition strategy, visual brand identity, purpose & sustainability strategy.Oversee annual flywheel diagnostic and brand plans in collaboration with the key demand stakeholders to optimize and enhance brand's growth strategy.Develop and propose pet parent segmentation for the brand and critical audiences to target.Develop and propose the moments that matter for the brand across the pet parent journey.With CMI oversee comprehensive market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape providing insights and recommendations to the marketing head that inform the strategic choices on the brand.Develop winning branded innovation concepts to fuel the local DS1/DS2 pipeline among with PEDIGREE and WHISKAS HeadsCollaborate and command cross-functional teams to develop and launch these new products/packs, ensuring brand consistency and differentiation (DS1/DS2)Develop business model proposal in partnership with key demand stakeholders and customer centricity perspectiveDemonstrate a strong partnership, cultivate strong international relationships and manage cultural diversityWhat can you expect from Mars?Work with over 130,000 diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles.Join a purpose driven company, where we're striving to build the world we want tomorrow, today.Best-in-class learning and development support from day one, including access to our in-house Mars University.An industry competitive salary and benefits package, including company bonus.
