**What you do****Roles**:- Answer inbound calls and handle middle and backoffice activities as well as various member services inquiries and transactions by actively listening to customers calling.- Develop an extensive and solid knowledge of our products in order to provide timely and accurate information to our customers.- Achieve individual quality and productivity targets and contribute to overall team KPI's.- Active participation in team meetings.**What you bring**- High School Completed (GED)- Excellent communication skills to get with courtesy and professionalism all the inbound calls, getting solutions with positive attitude.- Customer service- Advanced English / Excellent English (written and spoken level).
