As part of NXP Automotive Processing's group, the Applications Engineers (AE) represent the primary technical interface between our R&D organization and our Field Applications and Sales engineering teams directly working with customers worldwide.
This technical role interacts with many global groups within NXP. This requires the development of a technical skillset in a customer-facing environment.
Work as part of a team distributed globally and together with local teams. This position involves working on a daily basis in collaboration with the R&D, field application engineers, and marketing teams to defend and understand the customers' needs.
Specific Knowledge / Skills Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronic Engineering or similar is required.Embedded software application development experience (>4 years).
