As an Automation and Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing automation solutions for various industries, including manufacturing, automotive, energy, and more. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design control systems, and integrate automation solutions into existing processes.**Responsibilities**:- Designing and developing automation systems- Programming and configuring PLCs, HMIs, and other control devices- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define system requirements- Developing and executing test plans and procedures- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues- Conducting system integration and validation activities- Providing technical support to clients and stakeholders- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations- Traveling to other facilities to implement the machines (Tlaxcala)If you are a motivated professional with a passion for automation and control systems, join us at ALTEN MÉXICO and contribute to cutting-edge engineering projects.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic Engineering or a related field- Proven experience in automation and controls engineering- Strong knowledge of PLC programming and control system design- Familiarity with HMI design and configuration- Experience with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Modbus)- Knowledge of electrical systems and circuit design- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or Java- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and propose effective solutions- Excellent communication and teamwork skills- Fluency in English**Benefits**- Private Health Insurance- Paid Time Off- Training & Development
