Our entrepreneurial teams are empowered to innovate, act nimbly, and create a lasting and sustainable impact for our clients, their customers, and the communities in which we live.With us, you'll create a boundless impact that transforms your career—and the lives of people across the world.**_You Are: _****_The Opportunity _**_: _- Managing all aspects of our Smartsheet solution (Project Plan Templates, forms, reports, dashboards, and automation flows).- Work closely with the Project Management Lead in delivering additional dashboards and solutions related to departmental roadmap and strategy.- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are a must for this role.- Support and maintain our existing solution structure- Design and build dashboards for internal and external use- Provide end user support and training**_What you need _**:**Skills and Experience**:- Expert knowledge of Smartsheet platform (Core capabilities, Control Center, Data Mesh, Column Formulas, Workflow Automations, customization options features and tools)- Strong organization and time management skills, able to manage multiple priorities with demanding deadlines 2-5 years of experience supporting, configuring, executing changes, and developing reports in Smartsheet- Strong experience administering Smartsheet including control center, reporting and dashboard- Understanding of Smartsheet from an administration level and not just as a user of the tool- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex concepts and translate them into easy-to-understand graphs, charts, and visual graphics- High Level Project Management understanding- Preferred Knowledge of IT Service Management processes, software, and tools Project Management Experience**_What we believe _**_: _- We're proud to embrace the same values that have shaped UST since the beginning.
