No Relocation Assistance Offered 129582 - Del.Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City, Mexico**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**The overall responsibility of the role includes the Implementation and Support of Dish Wash Category partnering with Marketing and Consumer Innovation Center to assist supervisor in facilitating the interpretation of what technology can deliver commercially, including consumer benefits and product claims and regulatory limitations; partnering with Global Supply Chain to understand and scales up the impacts of product-design decisions on processing and purchasing early in the development process, tests and re-evaluates packaging; and act as an effective team member with the rest of the Global Technology organization, particularly Product Development, External Innovation, EOHS, and Product Safety, Regulatory, Quality and Technology Insights.**DEPARTMENT'S TOP 3 OBJECTIVES**:- Drive innovation for sustained growth by delivering the Divisional Activity Grid projects with quality execution and speed; efficiently and effectively adapting, validating, and implementing global bundles; selectively developing or implementing other new products for the regions; and continuously providing timely support for the base business and local initiatives to drive the growth.- Excel at delivering fundamentals by complying with Quality, Safety, Regulatory and Environmental Affairs and Occupational Health** **and Safety requirements, and by integrating improvement projects and Corporate Sustainability Strategies in Implementation & Support processes at the Global Technology Center.- Maintain Funding the Growth as a competitive advantage, identifying and executing timely divisional/regional FTG and simplification programs.**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Deliver assigned tasks from assigned brand/category.- Support interaction with business partners such as Quality, Regulatory, Environmental Affairs, Occupational Health and Safety (EOHS), Technology Insights, Legal, Supply Chain and Product Development.- Assist with formula development, stability evaluation, and evaluation of formula properties within assigned brand/category, and communicating results with other functions.- Provide an applied, rather than a theoretical, approach to problem solving on a day-to-day basis.- Seek solutions to technical problems.- Work may range from the use of defined methods to the exercise of some degree of technical judgment.**DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Conduct experimental tasks such as making lab batches, supporting batch scale-up, conducting laboratory testing on products, analyzing data and following aging studies.- Internal (e.g., peers and supervisors) communication of lab experiment results and information.- Keep detailed written record of experimental work, observations and summarizes results.- Maintain accurate documentation such as notebooks, necessary Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and bundle books.- Recommend new and/or improved product evaluation methods, procedures, and processes.- Ensure assigned activities are conducted and documented according to Quality requirements and systems; implement applicable preventive or corrective actions; ensure students and/or technicians collaborating in assigned projects execute and document activities according to Quality requirements and systems.- Conduct preliminary feasibility assessments on new technology and conduct basic foundation research, and lab performance evaluation.- Assist in formula development, stability evaluation, evaluation of formula performance and communicate results to other functions.- Summarize product and process development learning.- Compile data required to ensure and conduct efficient technology transfer; identify and communicate potential issues.- Understand and use safe handling procedures for corrosive chemicals, gases, high pressure steam, flammable solvents, and fine particle size powders.- Comply with, coordinate and execute Good Manufacturing Practices and Environmental Affairs, Occupational Health and Safety (EOHS) activities; take corrective actions to mitigate potential EOHS or Quality incidents.- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.**EXPECTED PERCENTAGE OF TRAVEL**:Yes, 10% of the time.**EDUCATION AND FUNCTIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**Required:- Bachelor's Degree: Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Material Science, Biotechnology or Cosmetic Science.- 1-2 Years of Functional Experience.- Advance level of English language.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint.- Organizational skill with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred:- 1-2 Years of Consumer Goods Industry Experience.- Academic Publications.- Experience in manufacturing sites.- Proficiency in SAP (particularly Product Data Management).- Knowledge of rheology, surfactant and emulsion chemistry, Mixing, International Council of Harmonization Stability guidelines, and con
