Job Description: Job Purpose/Overview This Job main role is to lead the Chocolate segment strategy and be accountable of the category for all Central America & Caribbean (CCA). Uses data driven analysis to identify the growth drivers on which the organization should focus, centered around priority areas: creating scale to generate margin for investment, strengthening memory structures to be more mentally available. Key Responsibilities Skills in brand management / project management to: Shape marketing strategy for our Chocolate business, managing global brands. Responsible of a robust portfolio of around 89 items with focus in 5 main countries.
Project management: Active role leading innovations and renovations projects that involves Mars Wrigley steak holders, assuring to meet business objectives.
Develop Chocolate business including activity calendar under previous ideation and co-creation among key markets, seek opportunities to grow the category and create value to the business
Define communication strategy aligned to global and regional guidelines, manage advertising budget
Co-Create portfolio with markets and Senior Marketing Managers • Recommend optimal price points by channel/local market environments
Accountable for S&OP stage and gates process of all projects under role scope.
Present and negotiate with internal customers: customer marketing, sales, management team
Post Evaluation of the Projects and recommendations
Partnership with key steak holders and teams: Activity management
Customer marketing & Category
Multifunctional team: sales, finance co-pilot, SRM, demand planers, logistics, SRA •

Accelerate growth of the category, gain share of market to defend and gain leadership according to key markets stage
Flawless execution of innovations & renovations projects Relevant Quantitative and Budget Information Financial Budget, NSV, Share or Market, MAC Staff
Education & Professional Qualification Marketing Degree or similar
Business experience of at least 2 year managing consumer goods brands
Project management experience: Innovation & Renovation (from a marketing perspective)
Advanced English (Oral/Written)
