Oversees and managers all aspects of assembly operations within a manufacturing facility. This role involves strategic planning, process optimization, quality assurance, team leadership, and coordination with various departments to ensure efficient and high-quality welding processes.
Responsible for diving continuous improvement initiatives, maintaining industry standers, and promoting a culture of safety among the assembly team
