**Job Title: Legal Administrative Assistant*******About Us**:Work for a dedicated law firm representing clients across the USA. Who specialize in providing expert legal services and personalized attention to each client.**Responsibilities**:- Compile, proofread, and revise drafts of legal documents and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.- Obtain relevant information from other organizations or agencies, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.- Create and organize information, ensuring that documents and data are easily accessible and properly filed.- Prepare and format legal reports, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and firm guidelines.- Maintain and update databases and tracking systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.- Respond to all case-related inquiries promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service to clients and colleagues.- Manage cases for consultation and advice, coordinating appointments and meetings as needed.- Communicate effectively and efficiently with team members and supervisors, both orally and in writing.- Produce work product that does not need proofreading and editing, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and quality.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field preferred.- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role (Experience in a law firm or legal environment is a Plus)- Advanced English skills, both written and verbal, required.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $18,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
