The Analyst - IT Portfolio Management will collaborate with internal and external partners to perform detailed analyses on Baxter's Global IT Project Portfolio including general performance, financials, and overall health and KPIs. Direct involvement in quarterly and annual prioritization process, including review and data manipulation of complex scenario modeling. Develop a thorough understanding of strategic priorities to explain performance and strategic issues in a clear, concise manner. Identification of ways to improve and streamline processes. Strategic ad-hoc analysis and special projects as required What you'll bring Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent relevant experience required, including 3 years in a technical environment. Technical background is preferred. Experience on portfolio performance analysis, project and program selection processes Skills Excellent analytical, and problem-solving ability.
