Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.Credit Analysts are responsible for handling high volumes of inbound and outbound calls on current and past due Corporate CM and Client accounts and/ or Merchants. They negotiate payments as required, also working to resolve the status of each particular account presented. CS are effective in balancing their collection efforts, while ensuring to maintain a positive customer experience, using persuasive communication and negotiation skills.**Skills & Qualifications**:- 2+ years call center, credit, customer service or sales experience- Excellent consultation, persuasion and negotiation skills- Proven problem solving and decision making- Fulltime and schedule availability- Strong verbal communication skills- Ability to work in a dynamic and changing work environment.- Effective communication and teamwork.- Proficiency in MS Office environment- Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish)We back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
