Agronomist

**Your Job**Koch Agronomic Services ("KAS") is seeking for an Agronomist in Mexico to support the growth and value proposition of existing products in Northern Latin America. This position will report to the regional Director of Agronomy LAMSAO (Latin-America, Sub-Saharan Africa and Asia/Oceania).**Our Team**Our dynamic and international team is driven by a clear vision and values based on our Principled Based Management (PBM) culture fostering a dynamic, collaborative and contribution-oriented work environment.**What You Will Do**- Visit KAS customers and their customers (retailers, farmers) to communicate the value proposition of current products in the assigned territory: Mexico, Central America (Guatemala to Panama), Northern South America (Colombia, Ecuador) and Dominican Republic.- Build and maintain a strong and respected regional knowledge network of technical specialists (agronomists, soil scientists).- Develop strong relationships with KAS customers to be their preferred partner for training sessions and support on presentations at tradeshows, field demonstrations (demo-plots), field-days, and other events.- Collect relevant market intelligence, analyze trends, assess policies, and gather customer insights and communicate these findings to the KAS team, empowering them to make more informed decisions.- Collect testimonials, photographs/videos and other material to support the development of promotional materials.**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**- Working knowledge of agronomic practices for the key crops in the region, particularly related to fertilizer use or crop nutrition.- Engaging and dynamic English and Spanish speaker.- Willing and able to travel 50-70% of the time.- Ability to make presentations in Power Point and Graphics in Excel.**What Will Put You Ahead**- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, or other related fields.- MS degree or specialization.**Who We Are**As a Koch Ag & Energy Solutions company, Koch Agronomic Services is a leader in nutrient management, protection and plant growth.
