You will be accountable for delivering engaging and inspiring leads to colleagues directly within your team, for the customer management within your area and overall service delivery within your Tower.Accountabilities:Your role will involve managing Advice & Guidance delivery in a geographic or equivalent area, delivering HR programmes and plans that support the organisation's objectives. You will play a key role representing the GBS PS Towers being a single point of contact for the senior team members - Country / Area / Group HR Directors.
