We are now hiring an Administrative associate for a Manufacturing industry Start-up.
The qualified candidate will be at an Entry Level position with growing opportunities.

Customer Liaison functions:
-Sales and invoicing ERP key-in
- Coordinate with customer on order shipments
- Coordinate with production planner on orders
- Coordinate with Customs department
Purchase Function:
- Fulfill purchasing requirement by each department
- Purchasing ERP key-in
- General business admin work
Accounting Functions:
- in house monthly accounting work (US/Mexico)
- coordinate account payable and receivable
- coordinate with outsource accounting firm for monthly reporting, yearly reporting
- control petty cash, travel expense and other expense approval
- help out on sales matter and back office administration
*Bachelor's Degree in Administration or International Business
*1 year of experience in back office administration, customer service, sales, supply chain or related field. Manufacturing industry preferred.
*Bilingual. Excellent communication in English (written and spoken)
*Basic knowledge of accounting is a Plus.
*Detailed oriented and team player
*Advanced Excel skills;Outlook and MS office required.
*ERP experience is a Plus
