Your tasksThe Accounting Team Leader is responsible to coordinate and supervise Accounting activities and processes at the Finance Center, ensuring that the information is reliable, accurate and complies with the Company's Policies, legal guidelines, and tax requirements in a timely and correct manner.Job Responsibilities:- Supervise a team within the Accounting area- Provide trainings, guidance, allocate tasks and responsibilities- Actively participate to the digitalization and automatization of his/her area of responsibility- Coordination and supervision of the month-end closing activities- Implement and follow-up the internal controls specific to the General Ledger area- Analysis of the Balance Sheet variations, follow up and cleanning of old balances- Ensure the correct load of our companies in FIRE without validation errors and provide FIRE notes- Forecast and Budget for some Balance Sheet Items- Understand and review the details of accounting transactions, such as:- Banks, cashpool, interests and loans- FX valuation for financial and non financial Items- Payroll and Social Benefit expenses- Payment proposals for employee's benefits and issue of checks**Profile**:- Accounting University degree- Accounting experience at the level of Senior Accountant- Safe handling of accounting processes in SAP- Microsoft office advanced (especially Excel)- Good knowledge of spoken and written English- People management skills- High communication skills and strong team spirit- Self-derived persons, structured, with analytical thinking skills- Oriented towards delivering high quality services and timely results- Professional experience in automotive field is a plus**Offer**:At Continental we are committed to building an inclusive and discrimination-free ecosystem in Mexico, these principles are rooted in our corporate philosophy and culture.
