**Accounting Intern**We are hiring an **Accounting Intern** who will be supporting in everyday accounting and finance activities.**As an intern, you will be doing**:- Elaborate reports to explain account balances including supporting documentation.- Prepare financial templates for samples requested by auditors.- Collect supporting information from physical papers to share with auditors.- Participate on account reconciliation process.- Elaborate and submit account reconciliation assigned.- Participate on manual costing process.- Electronic Invoice review- Accounting Reports Tie out- Travel Expenses report review- SoP elaboration**Who you are**:**Required Skills and Competencies**- Currently studying a bachelor's degree in Accounting.- To graduate at least in June 2025 or later.- Availability to work from 7am to 4pm (flexible).- Advanced English level- Intermediate / Advanced Excel skills- General knowledge of Mexican tax law- Experience with accounting software**Preferred Skills and Competencies**- Ability to multi-task- Organization skills- Strong problem-solving skills- Critical thinking (know how to prioritize, evaluate an analyze the best outcome)- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Proficient in the use of basic technology programs such as Microsoft Office**Why people choose to work with us**:At Steelcase, we put people at the center of everything we do.
