Accounting Expert - Temporary

And we need people like you to make it happen._**Job Summary**:We are looking for an Accounting Expert to work within our Accounting departmentThe position is based in Querétaro, Mexico.You may be traveling up to 10% of your time.The duration of the contract will be 5 months.Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.**What you will do**:As an Accounting Expert, you will:- Prepare the monthly book closing including Journal entries.- Oversee and prepare Balance sheet reconciliations.- Prepare monthly ad-hoc reports supporting schedules.- Deliver relevant SLAs/Metrics.- Driver in achieving KPIs and suggesting continuous improvements.- Adopt global process, best practices and related improvements.- Collaborate with Shared Service Center counterparts.- Control Fixed Assets.- Participate in reconciliation activities and GL Accounts clearing.- Liaise with Internal and External Auditors**We believe you have**:- Accept this position for 5 months- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting or any related fields- 3+ years of experience in Accounting/ Finance related areas- Advanced English and Spanish.- Expert on Excel, experience in SAP, Power Automate or similar.- Drive process simplification and quality- Work to resolve cross process issues.- Strong verbal and written ability to communicate at all levels and to be able to teamwork across countries.- Ability to adapt to change, proactive, team player and organized**We Offer You**- A variety of exciting challenges with ample opportunities for development and training in a truly global landscape- A culture that pioneers a spirit of innovation where our industry experts drive visible results- An equal opportunity employment experience that values diversity and inclusion- Market competitive compensation and benefits with flexible working arrangementsThis job posting expires on** Sep 10, 2023.
