Deductions and Clearing Notes: Clear deductions versus credit notes, reconcile and request credit memos from sales, marketing, logistics, and legal teams, and provide visibility of open valid deductions to key users. Reporting: Generation and explanation of reports, deductions status reports, valid or invalid deductions and fulfil requirements for internal and external auditing. Accounting and Operations: Deliver accurate and timely financial and managerial reporting with some supervision; Ask questions and displays intellectual curiosity in order to increase understanding of accounting fundamentals, the Kellanova business and internal processes.We're Looking for Someone WithBachelor's Degree in Accounting/ Finance/Business-Related. English intermediate. At least 2 years of experience in a similar position or as deduction analyst, collection analyst or invoice to cash. Must have strong PC skills with an emphasis on Excel.
