Ab - Technical Trainer

Descripción y detalle de las actividadesThe Technical Trainer will responsible to maintain compliance to all training requirements (being current on all training requirements and documenting them). Primary Function Provides detailed technical and non-technical training and certification for Quality engineering, manufacturing specifications, and compliance. Key Tasks & Responsibilities -Performs risk analysis, root cause analysis, and recommends changes to department procedures. -Maintains complete training matrix to identify training gaps and areas of non-compliance. -Develops and delivers training material to Manufacturing personnel and Production Floor Trainers in a clear and concise manner. -Reviews and recommends procedural changes and ensures all attendees have a complete understanding of update. -Displays a professional manner when training personnel. -Schedules courses based on operating needs and Training Manager's requirements.Experiência y requisitos- Special Knowledge / Skill Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills required. -Strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint. -HS diploma/Bachelor's degree preferred -Minimum 2 years in delivering training material.
