They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful completion of projects within established timelines and budget constraints.**Responsibilities**:In a vehicle project the Technical Specialist is operatively attached to the Vehicle Technical Manager:- Support the Product/Process convergence (hard points in zone meetings )- Participate in the creation and organization of Connections/Fasteners- Organize meetings to help to coordinate the technical core team's activity and identify roadblocks- Help to define with the Technical Manager the follow-up and final KPI- Prepare and participate in the Change Management meeting- Contribute to the quality convergence by synchronizing the part modifications with the project planning (batch of modifications).- Participate in the Product/Process convergence & reactivity (mainly for Welding, Painting and Assembly)**Requirements**:Basic Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field- 1-2 years of experience in a technical role- Professional / School Projects experience with Catia, Teamcenter, NX, and BOMs- Advanced to expert skill level in using Excel and PowerPoint.- Ability to quickly learn use of proprietary Stellantis softwares- Full Program Life-cycle knowledge- Stellantis PDP knowledge is a plus- Launch experience is a plus- Manufacturing process fundamentals understanding**Benefits**- Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)- Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)- Training & Development- Wellness Resources
