Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Web Content Specialist.**What you'll do**:**Job Summary**The web contest specialist will be responsible for migrating existing Eaton websites into a new content management system (Adobe Experience Manager) to support Eaton's digital customer experience. Primary responsibilities include working with marketing managers and businesses to gather content, literature and other assets to load into the content management platform; choose content from the system that is relevant to the region; manage the translation process and localize content; test and validate country sites before launch.**Responsibilities**:A.Coordinate country and regional websites by working with content providers and stakeholdersB.Gather local, regional and country requirements for websitesC.Align local requirements with Global digital strategyD.Improve online presence by establishing and executing a regional plan for locally translated country sites displaying appropriate products and market solutions offered in each countryF.Perform updates to website content in content management platform (Adobe Experience Manager)G.Generate and report out weekly statistics, monthly analytics and ad-hoc reports as requested from multiple systemsH.Decommission migrated sites or implement redirects where necessaryI.Work with stakeholders to maintain and continuously improve the customer experience on the country sitesJ.Work closely with digital marketing colleagues and IT on any new website requirements as requested by the business #LI-DG2**Qualifications**:**Education level required**- Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Commerce or similar**Years and area of experience required**- Ability to work effectively in team environment and independently.- Strong marketing, analytics and project management skills**Advanced English Proficiency Level Required****Skills**:**Technical knowledge**- Content management experience a must, preference with Adobe Experience Manager- Strong listen, written and verbal communication skills**Soft skills**- Drive for results- Makes Decisions & Solves Problems- Demonstrates a Collaborative Style- Promotes and Champions Change- Business Acumen- Pursues personal development- Strong work ethic, flexibility, and a desire to actively contribute to the group's success- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks- Team playerWe are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
