Our client is a mid-sized provider of hardware solutions for Telecommunications Networking that are sold to Service Providers, Governments, Utilities, and now Enterprises running a Private 5G Network. The client is looking for someone based in Mexico with the following skill set: - Strong personal track record selling Telco Network equipment to services providers like Telmex, Total Play, Claro, ETB, Millicom, Ufinet, and Utilities like Enel, EPM, AES - Any experience selling to Governments or Utilities is an advantage - Candidates can come from a wide range of companies but some hardware/network sales experience is preferred so solutions like 5G ORAN, Backhaul, Datacoms, Carrier Ethernet, Optical Network Solutions, Edge, NFV, Wireless WAN or Test & Measurement solutions) - Experience managing a team of 5-10 quota-carrying sales profiles across LATAM - Capable of operating in a "player-manager" role where the person will have their own accounts as well as leading a team - Must be able to speak Spanish and English The role is confidential in nature and we can not provide the name of the client at this stage.
