We combine human-centered design powerful data and strong tech to accelerate CX transformation at scale. The Catalyst Team is seeking to hire a Visual Designer to join our full-time team as full-time employee. Conceptualize, design & create visual assets for specific commercial/Brand moments. Adjust/Crop assets for different digital retail spaces in the platforms. Select and identify the best assets to land the concept and communicate the message. Copy creation or recommendations to improve messages to improve design. Work in partnership with CDM/Biz & Authors to have a best-in-class implementation. Collaborate with CDM team to create cohesive brand identity across all platforms. Maintain a prioritized list of all the projects as volume of assets off all projects and track status within online tracking tool through completion, ensuring delivery timelines are met. Communicate status of projects to all stakeholders regularly and track stakeholder feedback. Able to collaborate confidently and successfully within team environment. Proactively problem solve and offer advice to solve content design related challenges. Lead, Attend and/or schedule necessary meetings related to Brief, Reviews or alignment related to the design. Minimum 1 year of proven experience in work. Portfolio of examples of previous designed executed will be taken in consideration. Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts or related careers. Strong skills related to visual design (Typography, composition, color palette combinations, orthography) Proven experience in design tools (Adobe suite mainly Illustrator and Photoshop, Canva) Outstanding team player and positive attitude. Advance or native Spanish language Ability to work in a constantly evolving environment, making judgement calls and adapt as needed. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks, and reliably meet deadlines. Flexible and able to adapt quickly to new priorities. Demonstrated detail orientation and intrinsic passion toward process excellence, content success and high-quality delivery.
