Responsible for training union employee training programs
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop relevant and effective training content.
Monitor training sessions to ensure that trainers are delivering content effectively and that participants are actively participating.
Develop and implement methods to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Communicate training schedules and requirements to participants and interested parties.
Prepare and present reports on training, assistance and effectiveness activities to management.
Stay up to date on the industry and best practices in employee training and development.
Main Job-specify requirements/skills: Excellent communication of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in leadership and supervision, with the ability to manage a team of trainers effectively.
Competence in training software, learning management systems and multimedia tools.
Certifications in training and development
Mastery of English
