**Responsabilities**:- Assist in US Customs activities.- Manage Free Trade Agreement qualification analysis and documentation.- Management of the Annex 24 system.- Assist with Supply Chain Security Programs (C-TPAT/AEO) activities.- Manage the necessary documentation and online forms for the efficient, cost-effective, and lawful execution of all import/export activities.- Enforce plans and implement import/export strategy and activities consistent with overall aims and requirements of the organization.- Communicate with export and import and related authorities, and customers and suppliers as necessary to ensure efficient, positive, and lawful relations, support and activities.- Use personal judgment and initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles in import/export activity and procedures.- Monitor, record, analyze and report on activities, trends, results, and recommendations relating to import/export activities.- Monitor performance (in relevant areas) according to agreed standards and take necessary action to communicate/advise/assist according to performance levels.- Monitor Oracle system related with Import-Export inventory systems. Report variance and improve as required.- Maintain personal ability in, and appropriate use of, all relevant ICT (Information & Communications Technology) and other systems within the import/export function.**Requirements**:- Experience on US Customs- Experience on IMMEX, PROSEC and Rule 8th- Ability to manage multiple priorities.- Good knowledge of Import and Export laws, government reporting, supply chain security regulations, tariff codes and customs software.- Ability to work in a large, global corporate structure- Self-starter and ability to solve problems take responsibility and deliver results with a spirit of innovation and strong commitment to excellence.- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Fluency in English and Spanish required (read, write, and speak). 80%+- Good understanding of country-of-origin regulations, HTS classification procedures and good database (PSI, Excel, Access, Power Point, etc.) skills.- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.- This position requires a four-year degree in International Commerce or related field as minimum.- 3-5 years of experience.
