Our Mexico affiliate is looking for a talented Therapeutic Area Lead Diabetes.- We invite you to join Novo Nordisk México, a successful affiliate and market leader that is focused on improving the quality of the life of people with Diabetes, Obesity, Hemophilia and Growth Hormone Disorders.**The position**:- Developing Therapeutical Area functional short- and long-term strategic plan and executing on CDC trial delivery strategy in assigned Therapeutical Area in close cooperation with CDC Head, and driving implementation and execution of CDC and affiliate trial delivery strategies in close cooperation with CDC Head and Adjacent Affiliate Clinical Heads if applicable.**Responsibilities**:- Deliver trials belonging to their TA as per timelines- Managing assigned TA trial portfolio, incl. risk management at CDC level, and in close cooperation with Adjacent Affiliate Clinical Heads.- Building effective operational model addressing current and future needs for functional team within CDC organisational structure- Driving TA team operational efficiency and capabilities, talent and people development, and performance management, and managing resources effectively in TA functional area of CDC- Strong cross-functional cooperation with CMR, with focus on Medical and/or CMM and Regulatory teams in CDC and adjacent affiliates**Qualifications**- Delivering ambitious results and proven successes- Strong leadership skills and proven successes- Conceptual and strategic approach to the clinical organisation development in multi-country setting- Ability to communicate with impact and build relationships with stakeholders - at affiliate/CDC/regional/IO/global level- 5-8 years of experience in clinical trial management and people management- Strong track record in clinical trial execution in multifunctional team, including clinical quality (audits and inspections) and training**About the Department**- You will become part of the Mexican team of one of the top pharmaceutical companies in the entire world, with a Danish spark and its own Mexican magic.
