We are currently looking for a skilled Java Developer to join our team. As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining Java applications that meet the project requirements and specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Report to the Team Leads
- Schedule daily scrum meeting with the assigned teams of the SW organization
- Prepare reports and other documentation in regards of the project's status and deliverables
- Present the reports and documentation of the project's status to the supervisor
- Review the quality of the application before each release
- Deployment of Legacy tools releases
- Coordinate and support development teams
- Monitor and control development teams whenever the workload requires it
- Assess Risks and Roadblocks
- Analyzing and resolve technical problems
- Communicate problems, roadblocks and risk that may occur during the development of the projects in a timely manner
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- >5 years of work experience as a Java Developer
- Strong knowledge of Java programming language (Java 8, 11 and above) and its ecosystem
- Experience with Java frameworks like Spring and Hibernate
- Familiarity with database systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Knowledge and usage of agile frameworks such as SCRUM
- Solid understanding of Web Services
- Understanding of software development principles and methodologies
- Proficient in using version control systems like Git
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective written and oral communication skills
