**Job Listing Detail****Supplier Quality Assurance** for operations in San Luis Potosí Plant, JIT Division (San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosí)Lear Corporation is number 70 on the list of 500 Most Important Companies in Mexico 2020 according to Expansion Magazine Components that are manufactured in our country include: structures and mechanisms for seats, trim, foam, leather, harnesses and automotive electronics, these components are consumed by the Automotive industry of Mexico, USA and Canada.As a **Supplier Quality Assurance** you will be responsible of maintain standards with the client in terms of supplier quality, keep the SQTS system updated according to failures documented with suppliers and maintain the rapid response system to the next plant the points of: Containment - Root cause - Corrective action to solve problems and also monitoring for the development of suppliers.YOUR TASK WILL BE- Follow up on reported problems with suppliers- Follow up on the development and improvement of quality indicators Suppliers- Generation of QN (Quality notice) to suppliers for reported failures and their closure on time.- Updating the SQTS system and documenting failures with suppliers- Follow up on the development and implementation of quality system activities- Generate and track Charge Backs- Attend conferences with Suppliers- Follow up on the timely response of the QNs generated and documented timely closure.- Participate in monitoring the IATF/16949 Quality System- Keep the Fast response of suppliers alive and attend meetings with suppliers with the top issues in the plant.- Implementation of BIQS requirements towards suppliers- Attention and monitoring of problems with clients derived from problems with suppliers- Manage supplier action plans to reduce impacts in the Plant- Maintain the activities described in supplier quality procedures and follow up on action plans with them.- Monitor supplier quality indicators: SPPMs, SCRAP, Supplier Scorecard.- Pay attention to Lear LPOF system audits and have 100% coverage of each clause involved in it.- Achieve, maintain, and improve product quality.TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLL YOU WILL NEED- Professional Industrial Engineering or related- Conversational English, ISO/IATF 16949 Auditor- GM B2B portal, tools for analysis and problem solving.LI-DNI
