Superintendent

Seeking to develop unique and modern developments for its clients and at a time of professionalization of its governance structure, a consolidated company in the construction segment seeks new strategic leadership to act as Superintendent of its business. Focused on the areas of finance, sales and project and team management, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, collaborating with other internal teams to expand the company's presence in the market, establishing relationships with real estate funds that add value to the business and drive its growth. Main responsibilities: Lead multidisciplinary teams defining strategies and goals to maximize business opportunities and increase the customer base; Identify and develop new business opportunities, collaborating with other internal teams to expand the company's presence in the market; Manage the existing client portfolio, strengthening relationships and identifying ways to add value to the services offered; Conduct market analysis to assess trends, industry demands and growth opportunities, adapting strategies accordingly; Oversee the financial management of the company, including budgeting, financial planning, cost analysis and profit margins; Collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to ensure that commercial strategies are aligned with the company's delivery capacity; Participate in strategic negotiations and close important contracts; Provide regular reports to senior management highlighting business performance, opportunities for improvement and associated risks. Requirements: Proven experience in leadership positions in the areas of Commercial, Sales, Business Development and Finance, preferably in companies in the construction sector; Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build solid relationships with clients and partners; Mobility to reside in Santa Catarina.
