Ensure the optimal functioning of the Cutting Production areas. Directing all efforts towards compliance with company policies, procedures and goals.**Your task will be**- Directs, supervises and controls cutting production operations.- Promotes operational excellence through continuous improvement.- Develops complex solutions to business problems and/or customer commitments.- Participates in the implementation of projects within the organization.- Adheres to and enforces company standards and rules.- Plan the production of the different shifts and areas, considering the efficiency of the workforce, priorities, delivery requirements to the client as well as the use of the leather.- Supports compliance with company safety rules.- Supervises that the goals established in the indicators of each area under his charge are met.- Plan periodic meetings with area managers in order to review results and take actions as well as continuous monitoring of said actions.- Continuous focus on waste elimination (Lean Manufacturing).- Compliance with Quality systems. IATF-16949 and ISO-14001.- Follow-up on corrective actions, process improvements, internal and/or external audits.- Comply with and enforce the Company's Code of Ethics and Conduct, compliance with HR rules.**To succeed in this role, you will need**- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related.- Advanced English.- +5 years in a similar position with experience in automotive industry.- knowledge in manufacturing systems, quality systems, financial management, lean manufacturing, strategic planning.LI-DNI
