Sr. Focus Factory Controller

Job DescriptionBe a compass for the management team in Plant towards Financial and Operational Targets in Plan and push for achieving them.Contribute by creating financial awareness and building proactive, timely and accurate information to support decision taking.Ensure proper control, budget planning / monthly analysis and reporting for Variable Costs, Period Expenses (Fix Costs) and Other variable costs.Support definition and implementation of corrective actions in case of deviations or contingency necessities together with local operational management and Head of Controlling for Labor, Machine / Overhead, Scrap, Production orders, Material Pricing and Other variations.Cost center and headcount control, including approval of shopping carts and JOB's.Perform Costing calculation of new products and calculate new year standardsCalculate and set up in system Cost of production for each year (Material Prices + Tariffs).Create awareness in terms of financial analysis for investments, follow up with users to ensure projects are in time and avoid delays.Approval and Spending control of investments.Budget and Forecasting for Income Statement and Working Capital, QualificationsBachelor's degree: Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or similarAdvanced EnglishExperience: As a Plant ControllerLeading projects In Manufacturing industry Knowledge: SAP (FI,CO, MM, SD)Office Data Analysis ( PowerBi Desirable)Additional InformationAt Continental we are committed to building an inclusive and discrimination-free ecosystem in Mexico, these principles are rooted in our corporate philosophy and culture.Therefore, it is totally forbidden to request a pregnancy or HIV test as part of our selection processes.#LI-LZ1
